We turn 7 months old today and our new milestones are that we are now trying to sit and crawl. Zoya is trying to crawl and gets up on her tummy and can roll all over the place getting to her final destination eventually. Mumma has to put pillow barriers all around the bed when we play in the afternoon which is good coz then Zoya cannot get too far and get into trouble. Zara, on the other hand, is starting to sit on her own and enjoys the world from this whole new perspective.
Out of the two of us Zara gets into less trouble as Mumma can leave her in a certain position and she'll be right there when she returns. Zoya, now that's another topic. Zoya had her first fall. She fell of the bed since Mumma forgot to put the barriers up. Even a minute was enough for her as she wanted to explore beyond the bed!
We are also a lot of fun now and are constantly smiling. Zoya is the adventurous one and loves to be thrown all around. She break out into her huge toothless grin when ever she is part of any stunt. Her nick name in the house is "Zoya Airlines" as she loves being in the air. Zara is the more chatty one. She loves to sit with Dadi and cuddle and have her long conversations. She now says Mamamamamama and Papapapapa. I don't know why but Mumma and Papa get all excited when she talks like this.
We are getting bigger and heavier by the day and are now eating well. We eat lunch which is usually some vegetable and rice cereal and then we have dinner which is fruit and oatmeal. Our favorite vegetables are butternut squash and peas - separately of course. Ewwww we cant have them together...that's nasty. In fruits we love blueberries. It seems Papa loves us eating blueberries too as he seems to smear it more on our face. I guess those pictures come out great - what do you think? As you can tell we are developing some what of a palate for GOOD food and can clearly tell Mom that her experiment of the day failed miserably when we don't like what she made for us.
