Our First Father's Day

June 16th was a super special day! Not only was it our first Father's day with Papa but also it was our 1/2 birthday. We asked Mom and Bui for some help in planning this and we made it a super special day for Papa and Dadu. Only FuFu was missing but we all made sure that Vivan Bhaiya didn't miss any fun! Mumma helped Vivan Bhaiya make this Tshirt for Fufu!

We had mom order these special onsies for us on which we would wish Papa. It was all set. We wore those to sleep under our gown and Mumma planned it such that Papa would be the one to take us out of the gowns in the morning. The look on his face was quite special! We just cant forget that smile!

As Mumma says breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we had to start it off with a good breakfast.  Champagne was required to celebrate such a special day. They all seemed to like it a lot, I guess we still have a long time to understand why! Mumma said Papa likes all things bacon so we decided to make a Bacon bouquet. Yes you read right a bouquet of bacon roses. Here is our hard work.

They say alcohol makes you go woozy! It sure does as we got cut off in this picture! Papa...... we were supposed to be in the picture right?

There we are!!! All dressed up as little presents (with our bows) for Papa 

After breakfast we sent Dadu and Papa for a facial and a massage. Talk about pampering! We really got it going for them. They came back beautiful, rejuvenated and sleepy or as they said - relaxed! Mom and Bui had lunch ready when they got back. Mom and Bui then took us out for a fabulous dinner too. 

Vivan bhaiya was enjoying his day as was everyone else too. Vivan bhaiya gave us two thumbs up on how our planning and execution of the day had been going so far. We are not lying. Here is some proof!

If you know us any so far, or rather if you know our Mom even a little bit, you would have guessed that there had to be a photo shoot involved on fathers day. Here are a few of us with Papa and with Dadu.

Cabin Trip

We went for a cabin trip and it was just a blast! We had so much fun.  We liked sitting outside and enjoyed the wonderful views. The cabin even had the perfect sized chair for us to sit on. We enjoyed sitting by ourselves although we needed someone to be there since we hadn't mastered the art of sitting quite as yet. We also had some bonding time with Dadu and Papa. Here are some pictures of everyone else enjoying the cabin too since everyone had a really good time!

This time we didn't go swimming in the tub but instead we went into the hot tub! UPGRADE!!! That's what we are talking about baby! The hot tub was so much fun, the best part was that the water was warm! It seems everybody wanted to join into our fun as they all wanted pictures with us in the hot tub; except Dadu; who refused to get into the hot tub all weekend.

Finally, there is one of Zoya with mom and dad. Zara seemed to be having all the fun!

Papa, Bui and Dadu decided that they wanted their own adventure. They went White Water Rafting. They came back with some adventurous stories and some photos for us to see. After seeing these photos, we understand why Dadu didn't care for the hot tub. It wasn't adventurous enough for him - or maybe he had his fare share of water!

 On our way back from the cabin we all decided to stop at Mercier Orchards where they had strawberry picking. It was waaay too hot for us so we sat in the shade while everyone else enjoyed the yummy, juicy strawberries.

Mumma is so proud with her pick! Oh look there we are -- asleep! Since neither could we pick the strawberries nor could we eat them so we might as well sleep!

Bui, Vivan and FuFu come to visit us!

Bui and Vivan came to see us all  the way from India. We were super excited to see them and spend time with them too. We got all dressed up in our Black dresses that Bui had sent and went to pick her up at the airport. Here are some pictures from that day. FuFu came a few weeks later and we have a picture of him with Zoya. Zoya did not like Fufu at first, the minute he would pick her up Zoya would start screaming, which was very unlike her. Fufu had to give Zoya extra love till she slowly opened up to him.

We had a lot of fun with Bui and Fufu but most of all we had a blast with Vivan Bhaiya. He used to make us laugh all the time. Even though he used to bother us when we were sleeping he is our best friend and loving bhaiya. Our bhaiya also helped with making our milk, giving us a bath, changing our diapers and making us drink milk too. He was the biggest help in the car when he would help entertain us and put our pacifier in our mouth when we got cranky. Here are just some of our fond memories with him. There were so many favorite moments that could fill this page so we are only including a few.

Bui, FuFu and Vivan Bhaiya went to Disney World and they got us back some Mickey Mouse clothes.Look at us all dressed up! We eve have the Minnie Mouse bow and best of all it lights up.
